Telehealth & Home Visits
Telehealth consultations can be paid by direct debit or credit card after the consultation. Can’t make it to our clinic? We can come to you! Nutrition consultations are provided in the comfort of your home. We offer telephone and video consultations for those that can not make it to our clinics.

Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling policy
Any appointment that is rescheduled two or more times consecutively will be treated as a cancellation and charged a 50% cancellation fee. A new appointment will not be rescheduled until the fee is paid.
Failure to attend policy
If you are going to be late for an appointment, please let your dietitian know. Failure to arrive at the appointment within 10-15minutes of your appointment, will result in forfeit of session & incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation with less than 48hours notice will incur 50% cancellation fee of service cost. Cancellation with less than 24hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee of service cost (plus travel cost if dietitian has arrived at property)
We accept a variety of health insurance plans to make our services more accessible. If your plan is not listed, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to find the best payment solution.
